As a consultant, Senait brings deep expertise in strategy, change management and organizational transformation. She has helped teams and organizations in different industries and cultural settings to successfully embrace and transition through change. In addition, Senait brings a coaching lens to her work. This deepens her ability to guide and evoke transformation in her clients.
